Terms of service and conditions

GENERAL TERMS
• I reserve all rights to my artwork.
• I have the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with the client/subject matter.
• Commissions are for PERSONAL/PRIVATE USE only. Please let me know beforehand whether the commission is for commercial use as I have different prices for it.
• Any ill behavior will result in your commission being canceled/ or declinedPROCESS
• Email me at [email protected] with the following details:
○ Name
○ Type of Icon - Type of Flower / Flowers
○ Type of background - Solid / Detailed
○ Emotion / Mood of the flower
○ Color Preferences
○ Description (describe your idea in as much detail; reference photos greatly appreciated via Google Drive Linked folder)
○ * If you want me to draw from specific photo please specify that !
○ Use of commission (private, tattoo, etc.)
○ Preference for a horizontal/vertical/square piece or a certain size, I'll include standard printing size for your personal use so that finding a frame will not be troublesome.
○ Any additional details for me to know, please include below your letter.
○ I will then confirm the commission details, deadline and final price.
○ Paypal Email so I can send an Invoice
○ I'll begin sketching once the Invoice is paid
• Wips (work in process) will be provided
• During the 1st week sketching/sketching phase only 3x Revisions are allowed
• After Commission is finished minor changes are allowed, unless the changes require redrawing entire piecePAYMENT
• I'll be sending an Invoice
• Once confirmed, please pay half of the final price. I will start on the sketch once paid.
USD - Paypal; *Let me know if you're from Georgia.
• A commission will take 1-2 weeks.
Two (3) revisions are allowed within the first week.
Once I start to render (color/ line art) the approved sketch, only minor revisions will be allowed.
• After half of the commission has been paid sketch will be send out to the costumer.
• Once I receive the rest of the payment, I will send the final commission to your email.
• No refunds unless I'm unable to complete the commission.
• I have the right to decline refunds if significant progress has been made on the commissionGENERAL REMINDERS
• Default format is 3000x3000 px in PNG. This can be altered upon request.
• Characters shall be draw in my fixed art style only.
• Default commission comes with default flat background color. Additional detailed backgrounds start at $10 USD depending on complexity.COPYRIGHT/USAGE
(1) I reserve all rights to my artwork and not the the commissioner
(2) Please note that I am not selling the copyrights to these pieces, and therefore you cannot endlessly repurpose the piece. I'm selling you the file, which includes the right to make prints of it for your personal use only.
(3) You can't use my work for resale or profit.
(4) You can't use my art for AI in any way.
(5) If you're commissioning me for a tattoo design there is an $10 repurposing fee
(5) Commissioners are allowed to use art for personal use only.
(6) I can use the commission in my portfolio/ post it on social media
(7) Please credit when posting
(8) If you decide to commission me you are agreeing to these terms.
